I was hoping for 2-4".....but looks like 1-2" should do it

These events are always interesting. Simply because there is some upside if expectations are kept low.

Having a hard time shaking the feeling this could end up as glorified snow showers. That would fit this winter quite well actually.

In reality though, still a ways to go. It would be nice if this one would surprise, we need it

You're far enough east that you have some hope for it redeveloping despite it being weak as anything and flying east. Here, hopefully a coating or 1". Clippers in strong NW flow regimes aloft and aren't amplified/can't slow down often aren't notable down this way and probably not for that far beyond the BOS/PVD corridor either. You might even get a Norlun/inverted trough to help too.

Can only see 24 increments, but the euro looks like it sends this really far south. Not sure I'd thats accurate, its kind of hard to tell. At 72 hours it seems to have a weak low off of the north Carolina coast?

Euro is shredded wheat. That aside and OT it's kind of a nice weenie run otherwise.

LOL at the cliff jumpers overnight. Relax..when they go south of us..we snow.. Watch models slowly increase qpf starting 12z and enjoy your snow covered ground and cold shot this week

NOT A LOT OF QPF WITH THIS FEATURE...THOUGH COULD SEE SOME OCEAN

ENHANCEMENT ALONG THE S COAST...CAPE COD AND THE ISLANDS IF PERIOD
OF S WINDS COME INTO PLAY. FOR NOW...LOOKS LIKE A GENERAL 1-2
INCH EVENT...THOUGH A FEW SPOTS MIGHT REACH 2-4 INCHES.

Given the track of this--never mind the strength--I'll take that 1" and run up this way.
