tuanis
21z RAP. Sharp northern cut off. I'll set the Lake County, IL bar (highest reported total in the county) at 3" and take the over. Taking bets. Anyone think we'll see a report in excess of 6" in the six county metro area (Lake, McHenry, DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane)? Snow cam is back up: http://ustre.am/16Txc There continues to be a lot of snow in my front yard.

Radtechwxman
this dry slot is def a lot more aggressive than rap is currently showing. it has it currently in far SW MO where in reality it has climbed to far central MO. you can even see radar returns north of it fading as drier air advects in. curious to see if things fill in later as disturbance out in KS approaches. im wondering if this def band is going to be more displaced north than currently forecasted.
