Saturday 3/3 ...wind, rain, thunder?

It's a three hour band of fairly heavy precip and that's it here... 3Z to 6Z... I'm thinking it cools the column and we get a decent shot of snow and sleet which just tapers to drizzle or freezng drizzle.

Really it's so much less damaging than I had feared. Saturday won't even be that mild here.

This could have some nice icing in ORH hills and east slopes of the Monads.

It really is very interesting how this has evolved much colder for NNE areas. The AFD from GYX is a great read.

I really thought my area would blast up into the 50's . I guess maybe the snowcover helps stave off to some degree..I'd b thrilled to stay in the 30's..But I'm sure we'll crack 45 at least

I think tonight is the ice threat (maybe even some sn-?)

45-50 Saturday for most at some point (even up by me)

Hoping for thunder...well, maybe not
