Let me know if you encounter any other issues. I will try to troubleshoot locally and relay the information to to the original developer.   6. If the solar peak ends up delayed, then that also delays the hostile period of geomagnetic particle disbursing solar wind that makes episodes of high latitude blocking so elusive.
  7. 911 kWh solar for May. Record low since 2017 when I got panels and about 75% of previous maximum May production.

  12. Bursts of heavy drizzle and a few passing showers earlier from this lame system. Picked up 0.13".
  13. The Key West buoy at 6Z on 6/1 (map time) can be confirmed to have been 89.4F/31.9C. It peaked at a May record breaking 92.3F/33.5C on 5/29/24! Before 2024, the record May high SST was 90.1F/32.3C, which was in 2023. Before 2023, the May record was 89.1F/31.7C (2017). Records go back to 2005.
  14. Models significantly under-predicted the rain event across eastern Iowa this morning. I was expecting just enough rain to wet the ground, but ended up with several hours of light to moderate rain totaling 0.64".
  15. Wonder what they’ll blame this one on? I remember last summer when they showing up in the north, the experts were blaming it on some tropical storm.

  21. Severe T-Storm Watch for the coastal plain/US 59 corridor from just N of CRP into most of the HOU metro. Storms are building and slowly moving NE into the HOU, but none are warned or look particularly strong. There is a lonely but strong cell with radar indicated hail approaching DFW.

  24. New month, new obs. Post them here. Started out this morning at a nice 54. Currently at 1:20 it is just 78/51. Sun is very warm but it is beautiful in the shade.
