It just merged with the larger cell to the west before it could really get its act together. -
All that large hail talk trust me you do not want it! It sounds like a hundred guys pounding on your roof with sledgehammers, combined with window after window shattering. You go out after it's over in a daze looking at your dented car and broken windows everywhere. Seen it twice and hopefully never again! Got a third little shot of rain and greedily hoping for more later on
-
Aaaaaaaaaaaand poof! The cell off Cnj that caused those automatic weather apps to send an alert that it was going to start raining in an hour, is gone. So much stuff canceled today, when pretty much any of us who have been following the local weather for a while knew it wasn’t going to happen.

anything after this? his location is east of where that is I just looked it up
-
It does. Lot out west.

My sis just texted again to say she is getting hail. I am getting a light show with rain (nothing measurable yet) but no thunder. -
About 0.25”. So 0.4-0.5” so far for the entire buster. Need more storms.

Big ass drops, I just want to wash off the car. Birds are chirping like a mother so I'm somewhat hopeful.... -
Man, low 50s and rain feels like winter out there after 80 and muggy before the storms yesterday.

-
My point-n-click forecast says 1 to 2" tonight.

Good cell just to my south. Definitely further south than I thought

Just got clipped by it as it came up from Delaware, got 0.10" of rain, lots of thunder and lightning off to the northeast now. Thought it might clip Birds, but may be too far east. -
