  2. And, so far, the models seemed to be right. Had a hole over the Pittsburgh area, and looking at the radar, that's where it is. Lol Sent from my SM-S931U using Tapatalk
  3. basically had a flash freeze here after a pleasant temp day, saw first flakes, just a couple randos, but has a good cold feel out there...on a side note, my anemometer intermittently has stopped working so I don't know what speed gusts are etc, sucks I can't afford another station.
  4. I grew up in NW Ohio. Heard this song a lot.
  5. MPing reports almost to MYR too.
  6. Not thinking more than a coating is possible here, but boy has it turned chilly! Currently 25.8/14.9 with a NW wind 15 gusting to 27. That makes the WC 14/10. There are still a few flurries flying about.
  7. You mean the Deep South seeing flakes before SNE doesn’t do it for you? it’s easier at this point to just accept it’s not going to snow, and if it happens, be pleasantly surprised
  8. Getting ready to snow in Wilmington, it appears. Wow! .
  9. I caught the snow in Moore County but no accums.
  10. I got a few flakes. Wish the dewpoint depression was a bit lower but I’ll take it.
  11. No, it's a daily value. It's gone down a good bit the last little while.
  12. Might make a run at 3” here? Still snowing nicely. Love the squeak under foot of fresh snow.
  13. No more snow falling. Breezy. Cloudy. Temp. 30.1°
  14. 40 degrees and snowing hard in Lumberton, NC.
  15. @dendriteA rare sight . But something we all love to see . SW flow CAA
  16. We have a poster who lives in Charlotte. He’s a a met if I remember correctly. He’s probably south of the best stuff though.
  17. WCS accidentally left out the SSWE of 11/30/1958 unless they don’t think 1958 counts as modern: https://www.researchgate.net/figure/The-SSW-and-SFW-event-onset-date-year-and-type-identified-in-the-NCEP-NCAR-dataset-The_tbl1_267063738
  18. Very impressive NW flow event. Solid measurable snow county wide here, with 1-2 inches in the usual spots in the North and West parts of the county. Early season snow day for the kiddos tomorrow.
