  1. Past hour
  2. Didn’t pop above 0 at MSN today. Going on 48 hours with negative temps. Should make a run at at least 60 hours
  3. I actually just posted same time as you… it collapses from 20-23
  4. OK, just checked, exactly 1.0 inch on the snowboard and on the deck at 9:30 pm. Still 14.1/9.2. Flake size has increased at least 50% in last 10 minutes. It ONLY took 5.5 hours to reach an inch.
  5. Probably signals that the gfs will also. Mixing so far stays south of the city
  6. Nice steady show here in Glen Allen now.. Hopefully we can stay away from the huge flakes for awhile
  7. The RRFs separated it self from the crappy nam hour 20
  8. Still migrating west a bit, has the looks of an Evanston/Wilmette special. But its definitely east of where most hi-res guidance was placing it at this point.
  9. I wasn't going to say anything, but it was finally a hold from the prior run.
  10. Hey Free Greta are you up near the airport or down in the lowlands near the lake? Could easily be a 4" difference between the 2.
  11. VDOT pre-treated my den. I've got football yard lines striped on my TV,
  12. Isn’t this the third or fourth event with a modeled Norlun of this season?
  13. Aligns with what nws krdu has in their forecast. My location may not turnover to all zr until 10am tomorrow morning
  14. BIG jump south on the RRFS…it’s the one model that nailed the clipper in December
  15. Deeper returns now appearing on LWX radar west of Berkley Springs, WV. You're probably an hour to hour and a half from snow.
  16. Ive heard talk about a possible pv split. Some type of SSW. Hope it happens to extend cold. Just prefer it not be cold and dry lol.
  17. Neighbor is hearing trees falling down outside. I'm sitting inside and running all the electrical things as long as I can. Fortune favors the stubborn.
  18. Better latitude and warming coming from the southwest rather than the southeast in this type of setup. Warming probably comes from the southeast with the coastal for eastern LI but that's only very late in the storm.
  19. Jealous. I know that wind sound and direction. That's what I always get here. Just not yet.
  20. Correct. We stayed mostly snow and went way over forecast. NAM had us with 3”, we got 8”.
  21. Truthfully, I’m not too bullish on the radar at the moment. Seems spotty and scattered.
