  1. Past hour
  2. All the models playing catchup with snow totals. All off by inches not an inch.
  3. My point was have fun, enjoy the snow, and believe it or not, was not directed specifically at you personally. You seem to have taken it as an affront to your First Amendment rights. I won't clog up the thread with this further either, but wanted to clarify. Take care.
  4. Mixing. Quite a shame about this sleet thing. Good chunk of moisture still to roll through... 12F/mainly sleet
  5. Ended up with about 6" at my house. That might have been the slowest, steadiest snow I can recall, that eventually accumulated to that amount. Made for a relaxing weekend watching and tracking. Glad we could squeeze out some moisture in the plains.
  6. We have very heavy snow between 11a and 12n while I was out snowblowing and shovelling - 2.3" fell during that hour we are now up to 9.8" for the day. Moderate sleet now falling and the temp is up to 10.4
  7. 13 and heavy sleet but the visibility has dropped in the past 10 minutes. Looks like some chewed up flakes amongst the ice pellets.
  8. more to show extent of precip not the mix line
  9. I can't believe how heavily it's snowing right now here
  10. Euro is already wrong has me at 6inchs on Tuesday I’m already at 10
  11. Also gives Philly 6.4 more inches. However its good to see a snowed solution.
  12. Midtown Tulsa here...measured several spots in the yard, but 8-9 seems to be where the yard stick kept coming to. I do have some awesome 16 inch drifts close to my fence though. Nowhere near "historic", but more than I've seen since 2011, so I'm happy! When is the next storm???
  13. Measured about one inch of sleet since the transition. Almost 8 inches on the ground. While Jan 1994 was the incredible freezing rain/ garbage cans frozen on the street, this also brings back Feb 1994 (I think) and Doug Hill saying at 6 PM everything looks good for a major snowstorm with freezing temperatures throughout above and then on the 11 PM news saying how do you measure sleet as the sleet was pounding.
  14. Complete whiteout with snow and blowing snow. I agree who cares about the sleet line this is awesome going out to measure soon
  15. As many expected the CAD is not eroding nearly as quickly as modeled here in the northern Atlanta 'burbs. Most hourly forecasts show us being above freezing by now and headed to the low 40s this afternoon. But still sitting at 30.
  16. Euro still going with a foot plus at the the latitude of the city
