  5. Thanks for pointing this out, Mitch. Very interesting for sure! Check this excellent video from met. Travis Roberts just out a few hours ago. Within it, he talks about the initial flattening out (RONI, the top of your 2 graphs) that wasn’t there before, the same thing you pointed out! Also, check out how flat Aug has been on CDAS since the 5th! I mean that’s almost flat as a pancake type flat. Keep in mind that several models had forecasted a record breaking warming for just one month (for any month) of ~1C in August!
  6. Early September heat is on. Huge ridge of high pressure.
  7. Today
  8. Who cares? Even our summer extremes have been boring as fuk in New England.
  9. Steve it definitely looks like wetter times ahead after some early Fall weather. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

  11. BDL climo is 82/60 on Friday. A high of 85° is not a torch lol.
  12. 64 here with nice cool air flowing in through the windows...great sleeping weather!
  13. I don't think I'd mind living in really any state, but the southeast quarter of Wyoming really catches my eye... Winter wx, close to beautiful nature, tons of spring/summer supercells with big hail and tornadoes. Would def need a good windbreaker, though

  16. Pretty good stretch for the Front Range overall. That small area of below normal precip is likely just missing data.
  17. Hey Joe - I am using Claude which does not run locally so no air-gapped environment. Regarding snow I just started the model up 3 days ago so we will see when we get to winter.
  18. 67/62, windows open, fans on glad I'm not running my ACs and thankful they won't be needed outside the car until Thursday or Friday
  19. < 30 days, Phils 9 game winning streak, Birds ready to start, Sixers high expectations, Flyers look to improve, holidays, winter knocking/Ji historic potential....Fall is where it's at! 64F at 9:30pm
  20. Not looking good but still time for changes. I'm not optimistic at this point though.
  21. show me a model that doesnt show that at my location
  22. 82/57 today. Really pleasant day
  23. It's so nice to cool down, with lower dew points. a high of 77, and a low of 53 for Toledo, makes for an avergae of 8 degrees F below normal for the day It's starting to feel exactly like those perfect September days, that is, the days with much lower amounts of air conditioning needed.
  24. Ugh, there goes our last chance to see a lunar eclipse here until 2029...
  25. Hey Frederick County folks! @catoctin wx @Mrs.J
