  1. Past hour
  2. Favorable upper levels and surface leading into the next weekend potential. Need to keep an eye on wave spacing, any minor wave(s) moving east in the flow midweek vs the bulk of the energy being ejected from the southwest later, and the strength position of NS energy near the 50-50 region. Good surface and upper level depiction leading into a potential winter storm-
  3. Dry with moderating temperatures
  4. Agreed though not looking forward to mud season and potholes galore. Ground has been frozen for weeks. Big thaws won't be kind to it
  5. When the winds come you guys will have 5' drifts.
  6. It wasn’t a HECS but moving my shovel to the back of the garage worked its magic again. OTOH, my shovel has spent the better part of the last decade there, so there’s that. It’s slice open a taun-taun with your light saber and crawl inside cold, down to 9F.
  7. Band off to the east finally giving some steady snow with decent flakes here. Let's see if we can grab a couple inches
  8. Just can’t quite get that thing this far north. A bit of a bummer but still a nice little storm.
  9. What a fascinating event up there for you guys!
  10. I will be honest I do not understand the exact effects from this other than we want it to drop to get blocking. While not dropping below zero (reversal), it does drop below the Middle red line. Does this aid in blocking?
  11. Yea, awesome little event that I virtually ignored all week.
  12. Down to 6 0.5” new overnight 11-13” snowpack throughout the property
  13. Reiterating my position from a month ago that having two long range threads is a miserable idea that will only serve to cause conflict and suck the life out of this board
  14. At 10:45 am 14F. Which is up one degree since 7am . NW wind 25 gusting to 40 and had a 53moh gust overnight
  15. Might get enhanced a bit as the arctic front approaches. You can see all the stuff starting to fill in too in metrowest
  16. The definition of insanity can always be found in a New England winter thread on AMWX.
  17. Down to 6 here 0.5” new overnight
  18. Still hoping we see some thunder/lightning there
  19. Non stop for them. More bands rotating in. Was hoping for 2-3” here, not to be. Up to 31.8” on the season. Right about average
  20. Picked up an additional inch in the last 2.5 hours, up to 4", snow continues
