  4. according to radar it's been snowing here for like 3 hours. in reality, we haven't had a drop of anything. Way to go, virga!
  5. Surprisingly, it has stayed all snow here in Lebanon and continues to lightly fall. Temp was 35 and now down to 33 .
  6. Ur definitely not a glass is half-full kinda person lol
  7. I don't think a drop of rain or flake of snow has fallen here today.
  8. Don't know why I bothered to check who pressed the shit button.
  9. If history repeats, with the 1946 record highs for today, it is just one year and sixteen days to the monumental blizzard of 2026.
  10. My fiancé is holding onto it for her daughter. Quite sad looking.
  11. And just like that it’s all snow. Hopefully it can stay snow for awhile.
  12. Euro showing some snow showers up this way on Friday. This type of system will favor the higher elevations though. So im not expecting much but im thankful for the 3-3 1/2" total we've gotten so far.
  13. Wow orioles signed pete ALONSO 5 years 145 million!! With Orioles getting Tyler Ward(36homers) and Pete ALONSO(38 homers) Orioles lineup is gonna be downright lethal!!!
  14. Jan 98: Southern PQ, northern VT/NH, central/Downeast Maine and into NB - catastrophic ice. Perhaps the country's most widespread ice storm disaster. Meanwhile, Allagash was 10° with S+ (Aroostook totaled 18-27") and NYC had 60 with RA. Light snow here, 20-21°, approaching 1/2".

  18. The greater issue is the rapid subsurface warming across the Western Pacific mid-latitudes. This resembles more of a shift rather than a function of the old PDO cycles that we have become familiar with in the past. The new subsurface and H300 PDO index does a better job reflecting the magnitude of the shift. https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/GODAS/ocean_briefing_gif/global_ocean_monitoring_current.pdf
  19. Light snow in Greenfield now. Not expecting anything out of it though.
  20. I live essentially right on I-78, I can hear it from my place. It's currently a rain/snow mix. Not sticking and I doubt it will. Still nice to see something other than rain.
  21. Hey troll, I didn’t say these were anywhere near historic. The record lows for 12/15 at RDU/ATL are way down at 8/11. But these are ~18 BN.
