Had some heavy rains albeit brief in Newark on the turnpike.  Had double rainbow entire drive down to red bank.

Started with heavy rain around 7:45 while we waited for the bus; kids 1st day back.

Still going now with frequent lightening and thunder. No wind.

The cluster missed me to my west and north.  I have heard constant distant thunder for an hour.  Actually, a little tail formed and I should get a brief downpour

Stormy morning.  Round one passed and a another cell is aiming this direction.  Mammatus clouds present in the sky this morning around these storms.
0.3" in the gauges last I checked.
