I'm over 50" for the first time since I moved back in 2018. I'm loving it.

If Sunday happens I’ll be up over 70. Something I never thought possible this winter . It gets an A for a grade even if it ended today . Frequent small events .Check.. couple big uns.. check.. pack almost all winter.. check .. a wintry holiday period . Check.. persistent cold .. check . No torches .. check. A winter that started in Nov and continued almost unabated except a few days in Jan…. Check . Just like the 70’s that i remember

The only thing missing was a big ice storm

December into early January is hurting my grade here missing out. We had the pattern too. On the other hand I can’t hate the two massive events and consistent cold and decent pack. But need a half decent march to really lock in an A.

This winter's been just morally repulsively enabling to CC deniers in this region of the world.  HAHA

Almost certainly, Central Park will not be going into the single digits this coming March. Mid- to upper teens will likely be the limit. Central Park's all-time record low temperature for March is 3° from March 5, 1872. Its latest-season -3° or below temperature occurred on February 17, 1896 and the temperature has not fallen to -3° or below since February 15, 1943 (-8°).

Glad we don’t live there. If you have the right pattern…the cold comes. We had a good set up this year.

Holy smacks!!! But something this extreme brings truth to the phrase, what goes up must come down, or rubber band effect. Effect. If we get these really high temperatures around this time, I can see us getting a cold shot with possibly a big storm to follow. Time will tell

If we get a snap-back blizzard after the heat, I hope it comes after a couple of cold days.  We don't want the snow melting on warm roads.  Snow covered roads are a necessary for our enjoyment.

Wow it’s been that long since it’s gotten that cold there? Not even the 60s could do it?
