16" so far here in Garwood NJ.  Admittingly, I just saw as near "Whiteout" conditions as I guess I will ever see when a gust came through and blew snow off the rooftops and trees...

Just couldn't stay in the deathband long enough - have had great, consistent 1"+ per hour rates all night, but haven't cracked 2" per hr yet. Not complaining, as I'm ecstatic about 16.2" and very likely making it to 20" (20.2" was my guess), but it would've been cool to see insane rates for an hour. Down to 29F and while not official, we've had a few gusts to 35 mph, but certainly not "frequent" so not quite a blizzard yet.

Just woke up to take a leak and peak outside. Hard to tell from the 7th floor how many inches but Manhattan is pretty well covered. I'll prob go for a walk at 0900 or so

Still just ripping here. Whiteout. This is unbelievable! Definitely one for the ages. Going to be a big chore to get this cleaned up later-even with the snowblower.

just missed out on the good stuff.  not boxing day bad, still a good storm, but nothing prolific.  I am thinking around a foot with just my eyeballs and a night of drifting, so take it with a grain of salt

Safe to say as usual, the models (and the MD) missed that second interior band that always sets up. As evident by the outline of the MD lol.

Just measured. Had 7.5 when I cleared the snowboard/white plastic picnic table last night. Another 9.5 inches as measured now. Total 17 inches so far here in Sheepshead Bay

Near the Sound shore it seem to be some long periods of very light snow, lots of blowing snow though.

Congrats everyone. Looks like a nice hit back home. Nasty subsidence is headed for western Long Island now, so maybe another 2-3” and that’s it.
