Snowing hard in the UWS, add the wind and visibility already pretty bad

Its crazy to start seeing the differences from south to north. Northern parts of nyc are already over an inch, Southern parts just starting to get coatings down. This snow isnt wet anymore,its fluffy stuff now. 29/28f moderate to hvy snow currently.

3.5" down here in Galloway. Really starting to get light fluffy snow here. Winds blowing 30-35

Is the low being pulled west from its current position? And, I thought it was going to occlude/stall for 4 or 5 hours?

Yeah this is not the heavy wet snow I was anticipating. Is it just really cold up in the atmosphere?

Everything in the bronx has been covered for a while including pavement,starting temps were cooler at the onset resulting in minimal rain/drizzle.

sort of meh wet accumulations in Belle Mead after 2 hours of sticking and 4 hours of total snow

 

approaching an inch on grass and about half inch on paved where its very wet

 

31 and havent got into any heavier rates yet
