There's still more than enough snow. You make it sound like it's bad.

This takes North Georgia completely out of the game for this storm. Looks like rain and then freezing rain for mid-Georgia to the SC/NC/TN boarders.

No it doesn’t? Atlanta and Eastward was never supposed to get snow. It was always going to be sleet and freezing rain. The GFS still obliterates Atlanta to Athens with heavy heavy sleet and freezing rain. 4-6” of raw sleet and another 1” of freezing rain….. The snow was always supposed to be the mountains only. Atlanta is still going to get plenty winter weather in the form of sleet and ice.

As much as I love this GFS run, I dont think it happens like this... i would lean more euro/euro AI/EPS over anything

have to see what the Euro shows next, but I think it could actually happen. It seems the models have mostly been increasing totals than cutting them back. And we still have 3 days to go.

The southern edge is sharp as a knife. Be careful within 100 miles of that. Have your weather kit prepared. Ice ice baby

Southern edge is super sharp. Sleet and snow line will be key. Very difficult to forecast

Stop. Final warning.
