Gotta be ocean influenced? A convective band developed right over the Southern part of the county here within the last 25 minutes. Crazy rates out of nowhere.

As of midnight here in East Nantmeal 1.0" of snow. With heavy snow now incoming on the radar Temp is 31.7 degrees all surfaces covered.

Light-moderate snow here. Just shy of 2”. Hoping those heavier bands make their way towards me soon.

Edit: there is a 2.7” report half a mile from me. That seems at least 1/2” too high.

Finally coming down at a really good clip in Allentown. We’ve passed 2” which is more than was expected by now. Most models had the bulk of the snow falling after 1 am. Can we get to 5-6”?

Incredibly, it's been mostly white rain in south philly up to this point. Just a trace accumulation on raised surfaces. The urban heat island has been especially strong. Going to come under forecast, maybe pick up one inch or two with the cold front on the back end? I knew there would be marginal temps but thought middle of the night might work in our favor...

 31f with light-moderate snow 1.25” wet snow, in spring Twp Berks cnty. need the temp to fall back a few degrees so we can get the fluff factor going. Banding seems to be just to the East of me. 2-4” looks like a good call. Going back to bed, I’m fairly certain I’ll miss the good stuff.
