I want a refund on today's sunny forecast.  Sunny to me means at least 80% sunshine, not 40% (and that's being generous).  Probably more so a Frederick thing than for areas to the east.

Must be - was definitely pretty clear over in Balt City in any event.

Clouds like to hang around the Catoctin's on the tail end of systems as residual energy moves through, regardless of whether it's a dry front or not.

it's currently 50F at all 4 major northeast city airports:
- BOS, NYC, PHL, DCA (BWI was 50 at the midnight ob but just dropped to 49, we can still count it IMO).

1.) Layhill was colder than Clarksville...impressive.

2.) Check out the mesonet stations on the eastern shore near the bay. They're warmer than the left side, wonder if there was some weak NW flow pushing the marine air over places like Ferry Cove.
