nw baltimore wx Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 I’m in Colorado for another hiking trip and was lucky enough to get a tour of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) today in Boulder. And then this evening there was a climate talk at a local brewery. Cool stuff. Also wondering if any Penn State alums know this meteorologist. Haven't seen any Perseid's this year but some absolutely fantastic storms came through last night beginning around 1AM. Very electrical w/ pouring rain, little to no wind. Yeah I have concerns about Elias still being here when the new manager is selected--and don't trust him in letting the manager hire his own staff. Everybody but maybe Britton and the other guy (I think his name is Mayer?) has got to go. He held off calling him up just for the remote possibility of him appearing on 2 out of the 3 top 100 prospect lists before next year's season and then he goes on to win the rookie of the year award for an extra draft pick at the end of round 1 in 2027. You win championships doing it both ways that compliment each other. All teams that are continuously good do it this way. Except for the rays.
