Getting absolutely dumped on. Hopefully it comes this way. Over 5" otg here.

Bodes well for SNE/I-90 corridor. They're going to be slammed for a few hour period. Frustrating what could've been if this went east from Cape May vs over NYC. Cold rain is the worst. Of course the last knife this "winter" has for us is watching a heavy I-90 special snow event right to Cape Cod with cold rain here. This is really an all-time worst.

This was the worst winter ever for me.

Got too used to the craziness we've witnessed the last decade. Im okay with it. The frequency of how many big winter storms we've had actually took away from the wow factor. We need this break man. We may not have had a KU the last two years, but we've had some crazy intense snow squalls. We take what we get man. I , myself found that snow squall more interesting then a big blizzard. The rarity of events like that is what makes them so special.

Looks like snow maps FTL in sne. Higher elevation in north CT 4-5 and 1-2 in lower elevation. The ratios this time of year will never be greater then 5-1/6-1

Our next freeze after this weekend  is coming up around the middle of next week. Pretty impressive to see a piece of the TPV drop into Northern New England this late in the season.

I knew the calls for t-shirts by mid-April were far too exaggerated.  We don't get warm early springs anymore.

Brief reprieve from the recent cool Sun (upper 60s) and Tues (near 70) before more cool unsettled weather Wed - Fri. .  Troughing looks to linger into late April. Think it may take till on/around May 4 to see more sustained warmth into the area.
