Completely dry at work 10-ish miles north in White Bear Lake. Southern burbs received 1-2" and the I-90 Albert-Lea - Rochester corridor wins again with 3-5" totals. They're down to -6 now. 16 here, which is the coldest temp of the season so far. There are still some remnants of snow where it drifted deep out in the country on Halloween.
