North Balti Zen Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Futility chase still alive for those of us in Baltimore. for all the whining about the models from some - seems to me they've been pretty damn good. I don't recall them advertising any legit snowfalls for Baltimore area within seven days this year, and that has been spot on. The reason the 10-day storms are a joke among people is the models don't show them any closer in time than that for the most part - and the models are correct not to do that - at least up here in Baltimore they've been correct not to do that... This... they have teased us with snow in the fiction range, the actual pattern looks in general have happened just not specific storms but that is NOT how you use long range guidance.
