Euro raw went up a little. IAD area 39-40 now. Inconsequential in the big picture though. Definitely has a shot if the conditions are ripe. Something sneaky can happen but an obvious signal is absent. The area of low heights in the GOA needs to move west or we need a -nao to put the squeeze on and push some continental air down here.
