PHL officially records 4.5".

...PHILADELPHIA COUNTY...

PHILADELPHIA INTL AI 4.5 800 AM 3/17 ASOS

PHILADELPHIA FIRE 33 2.4 657 AM 3/17 FIRE DEPT/RESCUE

PHILADELPHIA 0.7 609 AM 3/17 PUBLIC

That brings Philadelphia's seasonal figure to 67.4", which surpasses 1995-96's 65.5" for the second snowiest winter on record.

About an inch here.  Hatboro, PA.

I wish I had better records of the season because I'm sure the total here isn't that close to PHL's official season total, much like 2010.

09-10 needs an asterisk for questionable measurements and possible inflation. Stupid Barry Bonds Winter.

Same here. I'm only about 3 miles from Philly and easily have 10-15" less than them this season. I haven't kept good records this season unfortunately but there were several storms that I measured only ~2/3 of their total.
