Winds at the surface still have an ENE component to them and you have to go all the way to the LSV just to find temps that are 34. Beginning to be concerned that some spots never get above freezing. Looking ahead, been watching the 11-15 Euro ensemble talk over on PhillyWx, and it's like a tennis match. back and forth between warm and cold, currently a very cold look.
