Severe Thunderstorms Sunday 6/2

I attempted a chase on a cell headed for Montpelier/Waterbury in VT but of course it lost steam over the Greens and all I saw were a few 30-40 mph gusts and about 3 pings of small hail.

Montpelier came in with a 40kt/46mph gust...below severe but decent little gust.

Looks like some meh showers enroute to the Pit.  Disapointment given what's going on nearby.  Alas.

Enjoy the storm, Paul!

80.9/70

Me thinks we're looking at the ole' 7/10 split here in Franklin Co. One line goes NE the other SE of us. I'll be pissed if we don't get any rain.

Gust front just came through here outrunning line of storms. 13F temp drop to 74F gust to 43mph on the Davis. No rain distant thunder west

Nice.  No big drop here, but it's never been all that hot either.

78.5/70, thunder picking up, spitting rain.

53mph gust on the Plymouth St. Davis.

Awesome!

We'll get rain, just not sure how good the thunder/lightning show will be.  We're getting the split on the bigger stuff.  At least for now.

This line is getting shredded up this way, hopefully there's more to come later.

Yup.  We did have a good couple rumbles, and the grounds wet.  But that's all she wrote with this one.  P/c has 100% pops tonight.  Meanwhile, clearing skys--or at least lightnening skys are quicly moving overhead.
