Geos
LOT radar on the COD site has "waves" of snow coming ashore. Neat image to loop. http://weather.cod.edu/satrad/nexrad/ Sweet radar. Was a little lull, but now the big flakes are back! Almost to 8" at 5:40pm when I took this.
Ottawa Blizzard
You also cried bust with the Feb 8th storm. So try and keep it together. We're in minor setback mode right now, not full out calamity. I hear you. If it's pouring rain at midnight, then we can call bust.
Chargers09
Is it just me or is there a huge plume of Moisture moving through Ohio up into southeastern Michigan? Not just you. Looks like the warm conveyer belt feeding into cooler air. Finally back to SN here after a lull for a bit.

Geos
Yeah if you look closely you can see both the WAA snows coming WNW and the lake enhanced snow near the lakeshore counties kind of just sitting there. Gotta give it to the 4km NAM that showed this for the last two days. Wouldn't have imagined that for a minute. Didn't think the NAM had a chance! I guess every model has to get a storm or two right once in awhile.
Thundersnow12
Jeesh! Thundersnow and I must be on the same exact wavelength at present. how we roll. Pretty cool radar image of the WAA and lake enhanced snows combined.

snowstormcanuck
Pearson came in with 3.4c at 7pm. EURO had 2.2c at the same time. That's not a good sign. Precip is about 5 minutes away from starting so hopefully it does its thing. Within the next 90 minutes I think it's going to become apparent what's going to transpire the rest of the night. Still raining in London, tho' the temp has dropped a smidge to 1.1c. Started around 5pm. Better hope for colder conditions where you are. A cold miserable rain - wonderful........
