24 Degrees here in Liberty NY, looks and fels like snow. Hoping it stays all snow for a soloid 12-15 hr period.

I feel we will, we always hang on the longest up here.

Hoping for the 6-12 that's progged, the 12-18 doesnt seem reasonable but I'll take my foot.

And to my friends in Middletown by the Galleria, you'll do well too.

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know when the peak "surge" would be for the storm? There was talk it would actually occur between high tides overnight. Also of note it the latest Upton discussion:

ONE OTHER ASPECT OF NOTE IS THAT IT APPEARS AS IF THE STORM IS

DEVELOPING A BIT FARTHER EAST THAN ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. IF THIS

TREND CONTINUES...THE STRONGER WINDS WOULD SHIFT EAST...AND THE

IMPACT FROM THE WINDS AND COASTAL FLOODING WOULD BE A BIT LESS

THAN ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE BASED ON

THIS...IT IS JUST AN EARLY TREND WE ARE BEGINNING TO NOTICE.

Allamuchy, Warren County. Light snow, temp dropping as snow starts, down to 29.9 with a dew point of 20.6. High was forecast for this afternoon to be 35 yesterday, then 34 is in the forecast right now, actual high before the precip started was 30.2

Yea but more important is what is occurring aloft. Warm pocket in the mid levels continues to advance north as the low pushes north.
