Ian
The other thread is long, plus I'm kinda liking the upcoming pattern again. Ppl can finish out today in the other if they'd like. Monday event? Timing's going to be a pain but we appear headed back into a northwest flow with more jet friendliness that might want to produce. Right now in uber far range the trough late week looks very nice. Ian
0z models dont look as good of course... Timing perhaps. Too early to think of that. Pattern looks a bit more energetic regardless.. tho we've had a decent run of storms this yr at this pt.

DCA high temps for July 2010 and 2011 were all 80+, no 70's. Last time it was like this was July 5th 2009 when the high was 73. Neither 2007 or 2008 had a low max cooler than 73. MN Transplant
NAM, Euro and GFS all had indicated that this was a good possibility, even if not 100% of the runs had such a cool, murky solution.
MN Transplant
Today may have also put a nail in the coffin of the chance to top last July for the warmest month on record. Now would need something like averaging 94/74 the rest of the way.
