  1. Past hour
  2. Yes. An already organized modest low pressure around Atlanta moving northeast ward Does Not have to do anything. It already exists and maybe can even intensify as it moves into our area’s hopefully cold air. Not much mechanics there.
  3. HRRR/0z NAM Fri/Sat s/w…I have no choice but to root for thermal compliance and more juice. I’ll take an appetizer inch at this point. Would feel better if I lived in central KY. Will be interesting to see how each wave affects the next.
  4. End of the NAM. https://i.ibb.co/JRSkbDg1/ref1km-ptype-conus.png
  5. The only thing I trust about the NAM is when it shows a warm nose.
  6. You'll buy what the nam is selling at 100hrs but not the GFS? Are you sure you an weenie man I mean snowman 19 aren't the same people
  7. Really enjoyed tonight's Profs and Pints: What We Know About Snow presentation tonight in Baltimore with Jeff Halverson of CWG. It's mostly basic-level discussion but still fascinating and highly recommended for fellow snow-lovers/weather-nerds.
  8. Band has swung to my east. Sitting at 11” with light snow. The dogs love it.
  9. This must be like 1/4 mile visibility, 1" per hour at downtown Cleveland now
  10. 0z NAM suite shows friday night-saturday snow shield alive and well .
  11. NAM has almost Nothing for Sunday. Not a great sign considering how over amped the nam usually is
  12. I think you’re in a much better spot than I am over this way right now. If we can bring this west another few ticks, then I feel it could be decent here. But that’s a big if at the moment, so I guess we’ll see. But I’m not as snow starved as some…we did nicely here 3 weeks ago, on 12/26..8” from that one. But we need a decent soon to keep up. Here’s to hoping Brotha.
  13. All snow now but very light. We'll see what the flow snow can deliver now.
  14. Hard to take it seriously, it's holding the trough way back in Texas while the rest of guidance has it over the central gulf coast
  15. I still think it would slide just south and east of us on the NAM. But...NAM.
  16. The 0z NAMs are similar to 18z with precip, but they were also warmer. Rain across our area but snow on the Gulf coast would be the ultimate weather slap in the face.
  17. 24 and moderate snow in Wolf. 1.75" now. Sent from my Pixel 10 Pro using Tapatalk
  18. The southwest part of the troff drags back too much for a negative tilt.
