  2. More fun with timelapsing my Arnett/southern Kansas footage from last Sunday:
  3. At least CoastalWx gets this consolation "prize!" Very impressive event synoptically. I'll post later on it in more details.
  4. So Scott, did it rain so hard in Weymouth like that time when you lived in Dorchester you were concerned about house flooding?
  5. 69 for high and 57 currently . 4.7” for the month I think nowdays we get more -10 or colder in May and April than any two winter months
  6. I don’t know why ,seemingly so suddenly , there is so much public negativity about Jews. I always hsd friends and Kenp Mill has 4 synagogues with a mile , Best neighbors Ever, dear friends, and they are industrious and frugal to the max. I agree discussion boards are simply nuthouses anymore. Facts just aren’t accepted. Sorry for my improper forum response
  7. Today
  8. 1.15 inches of rain the last couple of days.
  9. I built a fire in the stove! Gonna be a chilly weekend!
  10. There is some evidence that atmospheric pressure gradients are becoming stronger, but I will decline to expound on that in this thread for obvious reasons.
  11. Hermit Lake Shelter at 3,900 on MWN. That’s a healthy late May storm…
  12. That’s actually solid, enough to keep things damp. Only .01” here from a couple one minute popcorn showers. Loved the mix of sun and clouds though.
  13. .05” rain today. Maybe the Blue Angels flying overhead all afternoon kept the rain at bay here.
  14. Despite the fact I'm on nights, this weekend is shaping up to be one of the better Memorial Weekends in recent memory. Sunny, temps that won't be excruciating, a nice breeze (Little breezier tomorrow compared to Sunday), and the May sun will keep it feeling warm. I'm going to try to enjoy the outdoors as much as I can. Today's High was 69F today....Already down into the 50s.
  15. 44 here. Heading for the upper 30s.
  16. What airport is that?
  17. lol forgot about these, he freaked out most dogs lol. 23 lb. maine coon cat is boss
  18. Thanks, yes it was real close. Also, thanks Rodger for your time and efforts
  19. Absolutely pouring in Westchester. Surprised an advisory wasnt issued
  20. I look at him more as a half failure: Got the rebuild part right, but nothing else, lol Because even after he leaves, we're still gonna benefit from the young talent he brought in, the farm system, and finally being involved in the Latin market--the first fruit of that being Basallo. So all of that was great: but the rest was utter failure.
  21. from my friend who flew into ewr
  22. I remember he and I watching the 2015 blizzard radar, got 33" ? from that one. best buddies
  23. Great half circle rainbow and partial double. Maybe I sign of mercy from the weather gods.
  24. Just got back from a dreary walk down the street and it’s pretty bad in places. At the bottom, part of our neighbors drive away is washed away and there is a pile of asphalt and rocks where it once existed. Along that same driveway, part of the side of the lawn has been literally carved away from the runoff. We’re fortunate enough to live in high part of town but others are clearly not as lucky. It’s just amazing what fast, running water can do to solid objects including mounds of pollen, which have just about all been disposed of! Can’t believe it’s still raining out, 5” and counting..
  25. Mets game rain delay with the next cell inbound
