  1. Past hour
  2. How is that even possible? Must be some kind of freezing drizzle showing up at ground at ground level
  3. Can't believe the trends have been positive up to the start. We might really be getting the big one again finally! This is cool.
  4. Any chance you can post a map of those? Much thanks
  5. I will not fall for the HRRR again I will not fall for the HRRR again I will not fall for the HRRR again I will not fall for the HRRR again I will not fall for the HRRR again I will not fall for the HRRR again
  6. You forgot to add, this is the first run that gets plain rain into SE PA The damage is done, but still.
  7. Townhouses next to Bruster’s on 160. We should meet up at Model A for a beer and weather chat!
  8. Isn't the cold air up at 700-800mb, though? That's not really "near" the surface. Wouldn't it be more of a gradient just because the warm nose just takes a little bit longer to reach those NW areas not because of elevation, but because they're just farther NW?
  9. 00z HRRR looks exactly like HRRR cold and snow output
  10. Tree is down but I just took down outside lights. Would have loved to see them in the snow. But not sure how they'd come through whatever we're about to get.
  11. IWX already thinking about upgrading us, upped us to 4 to 7
  12. 19.9°/1.7° and intermittent sleet/graupel. Dusting on deck and cars…..visible but not measurable.
  13. I never found the HRRR or the RAP to be very accurate so it's just eye candy as far as I'm concerned but still nice to see nevertheless. The NAM has been pretty steady in flooding the area with warm air at the mid levels so I don't see it backing down that much.
  14. With these events it’s really shows how different it is up here in comparison to areas in & around NYC. In the grand scheme of things, we aren’t that far lol but weather wise we might as well live on the tug hill lol
  15. I guess I woulda been better 5 miles west of here on the other side of blue ridge summit? Haha
  16. I plan to be a first shovel at 1 p.m. if it flips after it’ll have snow on the grown, if all snow basically cut in half. Praying to baby Jesus it’s all snow and I get 12”. That’s my goal - a foot.
  17. You think they drift west enough to make it on shore?
  18. Indeed and everybody was mature and extremely helpful in tracking this thing. Incredible storm regardless of how much we receive
