    We hiked from Logan Pass a couple of years ago and got there at about 5AM to ensure parking. It was already filling up so I definitely agree on the bus recommendation.

    Oh, I know...he has a lot to offer...he used to DM me some times in the lead up to large events. He just doesn't take this site seriously, which is fine, but in that case just lurk.

    Mark Twain was right. Two 100° days in a row at the end of last week and two days in a row with a max of 68° to start this week. 65.8 now and the wind feels a bit chilly. I think we may end with a heating degree day today.

    FalIs watershed getting pummeled again. 3rd straight day with at least an inch in the majority of the watershed. Lake has risen all day and will continue to do so after this. Excellent news for Raleigh

    Did the exact trip last summer. Incredible stuff. One note - parking in Glacier is damn near impossible, even with the reservation system. Traffic flows, there is just nowhere to stop near the major trails/sights. So, consider the buses.

    This is impressive I thought guidance had most rainfall overnight into Tuesday morning… but by far best dynamics and rates of events now in EMA Gonna be widespread 2-3”+ east with this late surge Does have the feel of one of the storms we had last winter where we’re fully expecting a shank and then get destroyed late
