  4. Would be cool to see it snow along the front range in October, but I'm trying to keep my hopes in check. I'll take any precip we can get, and hopefully the mountains see more snow this month. Realistically it will take time to crawl out of this drought - I just hope to see continued improvement!
  5. I am assuming that the AI models use historical tracks and climatology more so then the physics models. From my understanding of AI. Not your typical analogs but everything that’s possible. If anyone has more information on the subject I would love to hear it. .
  6. Which likely means this favorable pattern transforms into an unfavorable pattern in Dec/Jan timeframe. Would be great if we were seeing this in December instead. Instead we get GNR weather, though it may be snowier over the interior/NNE.

  18. 2024 reached into the 80's the warmest Halloween on record and 2019 reached close to 80 BUT both 2012 and 2020 Halloweens were cancelled in many towns - 2012 because of power outages and damage from Sandy and 2020 because of Covid and 2012 and 2020 were both one of the coldest Halloweens on record with highs only in the 40's anyways - 2011 had measurable snow a couple days before Halloween
