  1. Past hour
  2. Not even close near me. .1” tops. Lasted 5 mins
  3. Thank you. Yeah I saw reports that Stanhope was the touchdown spot but was not sure where exactly that video was filmed. Wild to see tree damage like that on a 65-mph highway. Hopefully the guy in the westbound lane with the tree across his hood is okay.
  4. Temps were hovering in the low/mid 70's on a NW wind, but as winds switch more N, temps slowing dropping now in the upper 60's. Been mostly cloudy/cloudy today. Early Fall feel.
  5. 1.83" yesterday, .08" just after midnight this morning. I need to clean my gutters.
  6. Though - look at the storm track at least at the moment. Even that one may be on track to go well south. Closer for you regardless. Maybe some of the more local stuff can grow upscale. There's still a chance!
  7. Yeah I think the threat is over for us
  8. There's another supercell i think to its NE that is warned... I think thats our "game"
  9. Strong storms and heavy rain crossing into Sussex County as of 5pm. Does not look severe. Heavy rains and gusty winds mostly. Threat of severe for NNJ just about over. South of 78 still in the game where airmass is more unstable.
  10. Stanhope NJ; about 7 miles north of my location.
  11. Looks like the 'ol DC beltway split.
  12. Damn, those are some serious rain rates with probably still more to come. Good luck!
  13. That’s an easy 2-3” of rain there. I got 1.64 in less echoes . That will be some of the heaviest rain you’ll ever see there on the water
  14. I'm cautiously optimistic we might be able to get something later on today. Our kinematics get better into the evening/night and we should have a fine enough thermo environment to support storms. Once forcing/WV complex arrives may be able to have that serve as our forcing, but it may be too far south.
  15. IF (big if) that were to hold intensity...the track could be in your area - but I feel like it will have a tendency to go more south.
  16. Maybe. Impressive T&L. Looks like some hail per radar as it moves towards the DE line. I just took a couple shots of it from my vantage point to the NE. Talk about a "near hit" here. But, just another miss lol.
