Yeah no complaints here. Would be a nice event for the area that has gotten hosed the most -
What I'm noticing is that they all have some sort of enhanced banding on the way out...just placement is off....which obviously is critical for us.

Just finished snowblowing the driveway. 6.8" here after last nights storm.
-
Probably need another day or two to figure this out.
-
This storm is important for the well-being of Northern MD inhabitants. Precip output gives redeveloping off the coast vibes, but enough to keep interested.

Big Alonso fan. He brings it every day. Has played in 1008 of the Mets 1032 games the past 7 years. Great add to that clubhouse.

probably more so a few hundred miles but we always play the "what if" game with these things A heck of alot more needs to happen than just tweaking the interaction between the two energies -
The Orioles missed out on Kyle Schwarber yesterday but are getting their big bat today, as ESPN’s Jeff Passan reports that they’re finalizing a five-year, $155MM deal with longtime Mets first baseman Pete Alonso. The agreement is in place with only a physical yet to be completed, Joel Sherman of the New York Post adds. There are no deferrals or opt-outs in the contract, per MassLive.com’s Chris Cotillo. Andy Kostka of the Baltimore Banner adds that Alonso receives a limited no-trade clause. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2025/12/orioles-finalizing-deal-with-pete-alonso.html

Euro 2-3.5" from north to south CMC similar but a sharp drop Philly south GFS is .5-2" with a tad more south and east of Philly Ukmet similar to the GFS -
Yeah we literally need like 75-100 miles on the PV placement to turn this into a likely low end warning event.

Idk about several hundred miles lol we are talking about snow in New England not Hudson Bay -
with the GFS and CMC looking more amped and the ECMWF and AIFS largely holding serve, I think we're trending towards the first plowable snowfall of the year for the metro. let's give it a couple more days, but things are looking good

If this actually does develop into something plowable, we have to give Ray credit for his viewpoint, which has remained pretty steady -
