  1. Past hour
  2. Seems like all the CAMs to come into range thus far (including 00Z HRRR) obliterate the warm sector north of I-70 with incessant convection through midday. A couple days ago there was talk of an abnormally far east EML advection preventing this, what changed?
  3. Good night for this beautiful stout. Double Barrel Aged Pallbearer from the veil. Aged 40 months in sam adams utopias then 18 months in eagle rare. 17.5%.
  4. The next 10-14 days look decidedly average for temps, maybe even below. I don’t see anything that screams 70 degrees, never mind 80
  5. We've had several cloud-to-ground lightning strikes well ahead of the storm in Fort Worth (and across the northern Metroplex). Two potentially-tornadic supercells are moving towards the Metroplex, although the southwestern storm with its unimpeded inflow is the stronger of the two.
  6. S Nassau getting it pretty good today. Radar estimating 1.5” so far.
  7. This tornado-warned storm has moved away from Jacksboro and is slowly approaching the Fort Worth area .
  8. 0.17". At least enough to lay the pollen for a bit.
  9. Can’t use long range forecasts on short range models
  10. Tornado warning with high rotation by Jacksboro TX
  11. Today
  12. Sucks, where is our weather machine?
  13. Not by me again. This shit needs to stop.
  14. Light rain here the past couple hours but only about .04. I'd be surprised if I get .10. It is a cool and damp evening but most of the daylight was pretty decent so no complaints.
  15. High today was 48, rain continues. 0.73”
  16. .7” and counting. As nice as it was yesterday, today is nasty.
  17. 0.19” this afternoon. Will take it.
  18. Lots of ongoing morning convection on the models over Iowa/northern MO and into northwest IL. Likely to push the best chances for afternoon main show south and east of the DVN cwa.
  19. Just under .3 so far. Not the greatest but it is a start.
  20. Today highs / low (dep) (early morning highs) EWR: 51 / 42 (-10) NYC: 50 / 41 (-11)
  21. Yeah no kidding but this exceeded rainfall totals at least for our area which im very thankful for.
  22. Light rain here in NE CT, is this the northern Fringe?
