If I'm grading for my Yard this winter sucked for the most part. Further east had a better winter compared to average but places west and North had another winter of 50% climo snowfall or worse in some locations. Personally I don't love ridiculous cold if we're not getting snow. Some people love it and I know grading is subjective.
