  1. Past hour
  2. The pendulum swings on high temps this spring have been absolute lunacy. There is a range of temps between 60 and 95, is my understanding…or used to be.
  3. Whereas the warmth this time around looks to setup where? (Or is it too early to tell) Trying to know if I shoild expect a 72-73/97-98 torch or not, lol
  4. Got out of work and there was such a strong wind in Kearny it made it feel comfortable. Got home and it's a breeze and it's hot at home. Grass is turning brown already.
  5. I am closing in on a 24 hour 1.0" total, and am extremely grateful that the temps are a bit higher than expected and therefore no accumulation. This is pushing my May total up close to 2.5" with significantly more forecasted thru the week. May is shaping up to be a drought buster for MBY fortunately.
  6. As of now, precip being focused to our west means flooding/flash flooding W of the Apps and just run of the mill above average rainfall with daily storm chances here.
  7. Ewr is "only" 88 on a se wind but yeah just west of there is baking
  8. The backdoor cold front cooldown idea for today was a complete fail. Probably 98 or 99 for tomorrow, but yeah hitting 100 wouldn't be a surprise.
  9. my area is currently in its hottest developing nino may heat wave on record
  10. Euro craps the bed for Wednesday's storms and looks the worst for the weekend rain, and it still has 1-2” for everyone. AI is a deluge.
  11. Up to 94 from a forecast of 89. Is there a tripe digit in the makings tomorrow and / or wed?
  12. You'll be back to mid-50s weather by Saturday. It's been that type of spring.
  13. So precip being pushed more west....uhm, this has happened since last year. I sure hope we can all cash in.
  14. Currently a 97 near TTN. Cooking over the interior of NJ today.
  15. 93 currently. Pool is waiting for 5:01 haha
  16. Yep 89 around here as well. Valley FTW. Dews are coming up as well. We take.
  17. I would never count on a "good" winter in a strong nino. But I also wouldn't just assume that the stronger the nino the worse the winter will be. There are other pieces of the puzzle besides enso.
  18. Cooler down this way, 82. Lawn starting to show a bit of burn.
  19. 89F so far at BDL. They should be able to tickle 90.
