  3. You should be getting rocked. For once, our entire area is getting it.
  4. I see that all the time at my location when persistent southeast flows saturate the low-levels... I love it in the winter when it leads to hours of snizzle (snow / drizzle) events... Once out of the highest elevations of town, it shuts off...
  5. Just returned from a week in the Adirondacks; this humidity feels oppressive! Going to need 24 hours to get re-adjusted.

  9. I think we get one probably a weak one. Cat one or two
  10. Maybe we are due? And the CFS doesnt have a strong -NAO for the entire winter- it develops later in winter. We have had well timed-NAO periods in recent winters that have contributed to snowstorms in our area. We don't need a wall to wall NA block. See Jan 2016.
  11. I'm keeping my expectations in check. But it helps to know that if SLK can't buy a good winter, everyone else is in hell.

  13. Started on the way to UConn.. we are 14 minutes from campus lol.. and not once did anything show up on radar .. and never stopped . I did note on way home in lower elevation there on 195 in Willington it was dry . As soon as you went back up the hill it started again and got heavier .. so there was some type of upslope SSE component to this . I was thinking would just be cloudy
  14. Line is in WV... will it make it over the mountains?
  15. Here is my peak season forecast. I do not believe the continental U.S. sees any hurricane landfalls this season.
  16. Peak season forecast. I'm out on any hurricane landfalls this season in the continental United States.
  17. Yeah, they track 90° days on a philly board and its like 14 or so more days than trenton which is crazy. Even a lot more than the usually hot Newark
  18. Definitely some kind of boundary hanging on there around I-64 / CHO. Storms just colliding and tops trying to refire.
