The front looks like it stalled out a bit. A few more hours of rain look likely per the current radar.

Yes, the rain is needed, but not the windy 40's. This isn't early March, either. Upper 50's to low 60's would be plenty comfortable.

Actually, the cold will slow down some of the rampant warming of local waterways we've had.  The creek at my school is waaaay warmer than it should be because the leaves are not out yet to create shade.  It needs to cool down.
