Ya once it gets towards the end of January you can just tell the change is coming.. Just like the end of July in Summer you can tell a change is coming even though its usually hot..

ya…Not the end of January at all. End of Feb sure. But not end of Jan. And later middle to late august is when it’s starts to change…the sun starts losing some punch then that you can start to feel some. 
 

And also, that didn’t happen this year at all…frigid right through the end of January and into the beginning of Feb. Saturday, Feb 7th at 2 pm was 8 degrees with snizzle and wind…brutal.
