The negative is not that winter is about to be over, it’s that we can’t add to this fairly historic pack, and getting a 2 foot blizzard like those1980’s storms or 1997 in late winter doesn’t really do much for anyone. Still a small window to correct this to a decent hit in SE areas, but probably need to see those moves tonight. It seemed to me that the OPs moved towards the ensembles while the ensembles kinda shifted west a bit.
