.3” in Shelton fist 15 minutes. Just started in Seymour at 6pm. Reports of 17:1 ratios and 1.5” at 6pm on NY/CT Border near Greenwich

You can see that slight SSE trajectory as it moves east.. this will keep the heaviest banding over us..

You can see that slight SSE trajectory as it moves east.. this will keep the heaviest banding over us.. 

In between bands not bad rates, tiny flakes but still moderate. That first band looks like it’s doing some heavy work

It was doing nothing despite the radar showing snow over us, and I was getting worried. I went outside and it was doing NOTHING. I looked outside within a minute after that and it was coming down heavy. Like an off and on switch. The accumulation is already starting.
