It is funny as I run my own consulting firm and I have a few clients that are actually members of my FB page and they often wonder how the heck I balance my hobby with my professional stuff!! It wouldn't shock me if places started as rain, especially along the coast, before the system gets wound up. Assuming this system does impact, of course. Couple models were showing that yesterday. Rain to start before the transfer to the coast. ICON being one of them.

ChescoWx
We have already picked up 0.57" of much needed rain here in EN since last evening. We could see another 0.10" to 0.25" more this morning before it tapers off this afternoon. We still have on average 2 inches of snow on the ground and today will be our 35th consecutive day with snow cover. This is now the 10th longest stretch and 13th longest overall. We warm tomorrow into the upper 40's which may get rid of the last of the snow cover. Our well-advertised potential 14th winter event of the season looks to arrive on Sunday morning. How much remains to be seen but chances of a plowable event have increased for much of Chester County.
The Iceman
Yeah this was a good soaking. Much needed to clear off the salt from my car and the roads. Pack by me took a beating though, pretty much gone besides shaded areas and piles.
Chadzachadam
12Z GFS had 4, may be 5 other storms with frozen precip in SEPA after the Sunday night storm. I would think at least a few would be too warm but looks like an active pattern regardless. if we really get a big dog Sunday night, I am sure 99% of people (i.e. everyone who isn't on this forum) will be fully ready for spring
