Kidding aside…it looks seasonably cool the next couple weeks with some upslope chances for NNE. But I’m not going to jump on the extended goofus train of wintry lows skimming under New England. I’m not worried about the 2m temps in Yellowknife yet.

I lived in Providence for ten years, 2000 - 2010. I have a great photo of a perfect, thin funnel shaped water spout over Narragansett Bay. Not my photo, but I can probably find it on my FB or online. Not a tornado, of which I saw none down there. Narragansett area has been my home away from home also from Boston since the mid- to late 1990s. Not as much lately from up here, but I am remedying that situation.

Thats pretty cool. I've never even seen a funnel cloud myself. I feel like in general, your odds of clearly seeing or experiencing any type of funnel cloud/tornado in New England are about the same as winning the lottery, especially if you live outside of CT/western MA.

High school kids again? Why do you follow them and worse.. post them here

Your rapid posting belies your belief a torch is coming.  You look hard for affirmation but alas you only have Forky on your side.

That is blatantly not true. You get years where you get early season snowfall.  October ‘11. November of ‘12 November of ‘18. December of ‘19. October of ‘20. The list goes on. And you go years where you don’t. Period. When I was a young kid the winters were horrific..then they got real good. Then they got horrific again…you roll with the changes.

November 18 is the only event I got snow from. Maybe some slop in 11.

14 years is a long time without a white Christmas here. It’s not debatable. That’s more than ebbs and flows

You were a few miles from one in 17 and then last year. I was less than a mile last year lol. Close enough.

You got events you aren’t recalling. December 2019 and 2020 was decent there.
