I love the ocean but mountains are right there for me. Just need PF to get me a free tour. It's a solid New England tourist town... and for a reason too. It can get too busy but the natural environment between the Spine and the Worcester Range helps lead to that mountain town vibe. If you are used to the Lakes Region of NH though, I don't think it's any busier than that. Plenty of restaurants and breweries. Mansfield and Smugglers Notch is fun geography too. We’d all like to see you get out of that area in S Wey, It ruins your winters, your springs and at least some summers . The power of the water and just knowing it's there, I've always been fascinated by the ocean. I definitely do not have the money for it, ha, most folks don't. But there's a reason why many of the Stowe crowd head to Nantucket for their summers. Only 0.27” of rain today. Haven’t had to water the garden once since planting.

weathafella Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Gotta be fairly wealthy to live in Stowe if you’re moving. Housing costs probably comparable to the Boston area. 2

That's why the state is booming with millions moving there, while the northeast is barely growing, if at all. I don't know that the climate is the primary driver for that though. I'm thinking it has more to do with taxes and had more to do with cost of living. My mom and stepdad got their condo by the bay in St. Pete in 2011 for 70K in a short sale. It's now worth around 300K and was worth even more a couple years ago.

Idk, fire me... Well one is within the same cloud and the other jumps between 2+ clouds. Usually you just see IC or CG reported since it can be difficult to see the path of the bolt.
