ROOSTA
What a bunch of lightweights! Seasons first dews 75-80F with temps near 90F, pure tropical airmass with cobalt blue skies overhead here. Vertical vis limited by Saharan Dust Layer. Think it's going to be a Cape Verde type season. Prediction is for an active Monsoon with limited shear. I temporarily lived closer to the coast late last summer and got to visit a lot. Would have chosen to permanently live there, but I wanted a little more snow so I ended up settling a little further north. Possibly no beach visits for me this summer. Sad. Typhoon Tip
most home sites within a mile of me are 94 .. 95, and KFIT's 93... This is legit. Probably some acclimation bias going on but this feels very hot today. Calm wind, too. Leafs drooping, bathing in heat, under a static rotisserie lamp sunny day

Typhoon Tip
I'm masochistically seeing how long I can stand it... 85 in the living room, 93 in the front yard. I have a fully realized and functional mini split unit here in the living room, with a lowest cool setting of 57, turned off at the moment. muahhahahaha 1 1 1 1

Yeah my first house had two built-in 12k? units when I bought it, was only 1200 sq ft. upstairs but it was pretty much overkill for that space.
