Torchageddon
The line is bowing just north of Grand Rapids MI, curious to see how long that lasts for as it heads for SON (2am hit time here, WUN showing strong storm). TWN's model showed the gap just south of me, give me the gap!

However, after seeing my last homeowners insurance premium I never want to see significant hail in my area again.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I feel like some trees place throughout the lawn would help reduce wind velocity. You could also remove parts of that lawn in the areas of the trees and plant some natives to increase biodiversity in our beautiful state.
Malacka11
Obviously my hopes are not up for any storms locally but I figure we might catch some cool sunset views between the dust and anything that does manage to spring up in sight right

I’m a renter but believe me I walk the property and daydream about the things I’d do if I owned it!

Veered surface winds are the only thing that is having me question the exact ceiling re: tornado threat with this one. Otherwise, pretty much everything is primed.
