jlauderdal
I was in the Berkshires 2 weeks ago and enjoyed the upper 40s at night. Current situation in Fort Lauderdale: 87 with a DP of 76 and a drought, today and tomorrow afternoon look promising then a ridge and more dry air. We arent hanging outside either today, tomorrow or until November.

Why so after you walk out the door you can be soaked in sweat and be miserable.. that sounds fun.. I don't know how some don't like comfortable temps.. 70s low dews and sun is perfect. 1 1

Can't do anything other than hike Mt Monadnock or lay down pavement when it's 75/40.

I enjoy hiking Mount Monadnock or Wachusett so I guess that works for me.. Just down the road I get a good view of Monadnock should be snow covered on top tomorrow. 1
Typhoon Tip
45 masturbatory degrees ... and by the fucked way, the very most recent climate monitoring/reports have the global temperatures still essentially edging the upper edge of historically hot. So ... whatever this is ( most likely another CC cold meander phenomenon...) it might be only happening here - any other hapless picked-on regions of the world notwithstanding.

As a kid my friend had a pool...so many good memories. My folks have a cottage on Winni. It doesn't have to be 95/75...but a good summer day. I used to hate the heat when I worked outside. But now with kids and all....I enjoy just hanging out when I can and they both love doing what I mentioned above. Yeah maybe I'll sweat mowing outside, but we take the A/C inside.

Typhoon Tip
It'll be interesting to see where May's monthly averages stand come Tuesday morning next week, after this near 7 day onslaught of grossly under performing temperatures. HFD corrected from 5 and change all the way down to 3.3 as of today, and ORH is down to 2.6... These may seem like big numbers, but they were 1.5 to 2X larger than this just last week, so this is correcting pretty fast. Today may end up being something extraordinary like a -20 day... tomorrow, not much better. These are wagon negatives to pull along the averages yet.
